This commitment is just two hours. Provide Ellen with your name, email and phone number. (The Food Bank requires notification of our team members from Ellen one week before the scheduled service.)

This month there is a fifth Wednesday, which only occurs quarterly throughout the year. The meditations for these evenings will be chosen by the meditation leader for that week and may be one of the four used regularly each month, or something completely different. It’s a surprise!
Note: Please regularly update your Zoom App for continued connectivity.
We’re not “your usual church.” We’re a welcoming place for anyone wanting to connect with Spirit/Higher Power/Universal Love/Infinite Intelligence without control, dogma, judgment, guilt, or fear.
We celebrate and teach ancient spiritual principles and wisdom, even though the message and music are contemporary and down-to-earth. Relax, enjoy and explore. Chances are you’ll find people here who are a lot like you.

Foundations is a dynamic introduction to the practice of universal principles that have been taught to initiates throughout the ages in timeless mystical teachings. Ernest Holmes did not claim to have any special revelation or discovery related to these. He simply discovered them through his persistent study and put them to use. Spiritual MindTreatment, our form of prayer, is the only thing unique to Ernest Holmes’ philosophy, but how he put all the principles he had learned to practice together into one clear teaching of Truth makes them very accessible to us for application in our every day lives.
If you enjoy the Sunday Celebration services and Rev. Mary’s talks and have been interested in going deeper, this is the place to start!

Our Taize Service brings in the ancient traditions of Taizé–meditation, chanting and prayer–and combines these with New Thought, contemporary, and Ancient Wisdom teachings and readings. It’s an hour devoted to turning within to listen to Spirit. We let the music and chanting fill our souls so the words become a prayer of our hearts that reverberates later in the silence when we’re alone. Taize is about entering a consciousness of praying without ceasing.
Note: Please regularly update your Zoom App to have continued connectivity.

Ukraine Knitters To Be Welcomed Sunday, January 5th
A team, including some of our own GGCSL crafters, has been creating knitted and crocheted blankets and hats for Ukraine. These are being delivered to teachers and classes all over the country for warmth, comfort, and caring support. Withstanding multiple years of war, some of these children and teachers will receive these hand-made gifts, letting them know they are cared about and not forgotten. The dear souls who have created these lovely items deserve our thanks and acknowledgement.
We will celebrate them as our guests at our Sunday Celebration on January 5th. Plan to attend and join us in thanking them!
You are invited to the Walkers’ home in Tiburon on December 29th from 12:30 to 3:00 pm for Sunday Brunch. You only need to bring a dish if you have specific dietary preferences.
Carpooling is a must! Sign up at the Activities table.

Christmas approaches, and holiday times can be the loneliest and hungriest for food insecure neighbors. GGCSLers volunteer two hours each month at the San Rafael warehouse of the SF-Marin Food Bank. This is one way we help make the world a better place for our neighbors. The food packed during our service times will be delivered to local distributions centers closer to the homes of people needing it. You can participate! If you’d like to help, provide your name, email and phone number by email or text to Ellen Nicosia before December 3rd: ellennicosia@gmail.com or (415) 720-0225 to help on Tuesday, Dec. 10th from Noon–2 pm.
This is a great way to begin your Christmas Season!
